Kaja Viknes is a Resolution-accredited specialist in Child Abduction and Complex Financial Remedies. Kaja has expertise in international family law, with experience in child abduction and cross-border children disputes involving multiple jurisdictions. Kaja is also a member of the Child Abduction Lawyers Association (CALA).

Matthew Fletcher Barrister | 1GC
Matthew (Matt) is a Children’s Law specialist who also practices in Administrative Law and in the Court of Protection. He has appeared at all levels of court, up to the Court of Appeal. Since 2020 his practice has focused on Private Law Children cases with a particular interest in international and immigration issues.
